About me

I trained at the Minster centre, which is one of the leading psychotherapy trainings in the UK. My training has been integrative, so I'll borrow from different therapy traditions in the course of our work together.

In our sessions, you can expect to feel heard. I'll be be curious about how you make sense of your life. I'll empathise with, and believe you. This creates what therapists call "a safe container". As we establish a strong connection, perhaps you'll feel more able to share difficult parts of yourself. This is where the magic happens. Therapy is a process of witnessing. I hope you'll be able to experience how powerful that is.

I have worked at a bereavement service for two years, and a specialist service for gay men.

If you'd like to get a better sense of me, you can listen to a show I contributed to on Radio 4. And you can arrange an introductory session.

I see clients in Shoreditch, Hackney.
