An online session works much like an in-person one. We meet at an agreed time, usually once a week, over a secure video platform. As your online therapist, I’ll invite you to speak freely about whatever feels important, and together we’ll explore what’s happening for you emotionally, relationally, and internally. You can expect to feel heard, respected and supported.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Many people find online therapy just as meaningful as meeting face to face. What matters most is the quality of the therapeutic relationship - the trust, curiosity and connection we build together. Some clients even find that being in their own familiar environment helps them feel more relaxed and open.

What do I need for an online session?

You’ll need a private space where you feel comfortable speaking freely, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Headphones can also help with sound and privacy. The most important thing is that you feel safe and at ease in your space. We can also do therapy over the phone if that is easier.

Can I mix online and in-person sessions?
